The Holy Trinity Column in Olomouc

The Holy Trinity Column in Olomouc is a monument built to the glory of God between 1716 and 1754. Its main purpose was a lavish celebration of the Catholic Church and faith, partly prompted by a feeling of gratitude for the end of the plague that struck Moravia between 1714 and 1716. Baroque style.
